I know, I know. Easier said than done. We chide Fox viewers/readers for only getting their news from Fox, but I see lots of news stories from other outfits that look depressingly similar to each other. I sometimes wonder whether people read Hunter S Thompson because he broke trough the lockstep.
The first news about an event is often full of errors. Wait a while to see if accuracy improves.....

Interesting how the war could have sparked integrity in journalism.
I typically read two Dutch online newspapers that are not under the same ownership and are at both sides of the middle ground, plus the BBC news site for more in-depth international topics (and to follow the British political / BREXIT soap operas).
