I sang in a Chinese Catholic church in Taiwan. I've sung in Chinese Bible Churches.
What denomination is this?

That'll be an ecumenical matter.
Though unlike the US where there are an infinite number of Baptist subdivisions, in the UK I believe the various Baptist churches merged well over a century ago to create the Baptist Union, now called Baptists Together, so there is only one overall Baptist Church.

Anglicanism, the Reformed tradition (including Presbyterians), Methodism, Pentecostalism and Baptists would be the most likely in the U.K.

I should have looked more closely. The sign says Baptist.
