I am envious, but I know my area's turn will come some day.

The recent Texas cold spell was comparable to what we had about a week earlier, but they aren't used ot it. Their pipes are not as wsll insulated a sours re, so they have to live in plumbing purgatory.

We went for a walk this afternoon and saw daffodils and crocuses in gardens, and celandines in the woods. smiley - smiley

I have anemones, which are related to celandines. I don't expect to even see their leaves before mid-April

Quite a lot of snowdrops here.
The daffodils are just starting to sprout, leaves only for the moment. Soon... smiley - smiley

It's summer in Antarctica, but I doubt that anything grows outside there. Except for algae in the oceans
