I can't tell whether those green things are seeds or berries, but the fluffy gray bird with the long bill is very cute, IMHO. probably well-fed, if it eats the green things.

The plant is Mahonia so I think the greeny yellow things must be unripe berries - the birds certainly enjoy them

Also known as barberries. The berries are edible and rich in vitamin C.
