My experience is that people don't listen to them, though. Everybody's unconscious is exactly as verbose as they are when awake.

The funny thing is, I've never seen angels or aliens, whether real or imagined. I saw a frighteningly large chicken once.

I think there can be a different fear - a fear of not being good enough. If an appeared at my door and wanted to be let in, I'd think 'Oh dear, the place is such a mess. I ought to clear up first!'

If a real angel appeared at my door, I would probably sob, thinking my life was about to be over. Then again, there might be life after this life. I'm torn.
