This trip must have required a huge amount of organisation. 
Unless you're just not telling us about the times when you found you didn't have enough food/baby wipes/warm clothes/space in the car.

What normally took about 1 hour of preparation (get backpack, stuff everything in, toss in car, leave) Took over a week with kids, only to find that we lost their shoes somewhere in the process.

Yes, I'm impressed by your organisation, too - your improvisation is admirable as well, building your own 'travel cot'-type things, and making waterproof toddler clothes

I'm glad that blueberries grow wild in that area.
I tried planting some blueberry bushes four years ago, and no berries ever materialized.
