So, Liverpool can be retooled to look like Gotham City?
A lot of cities have been used for filming past Batman movies -- Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Chicago, London, and of course New York.
I'm happy for those in Liverpool who would like to see the filming. Maybe there will be disruptions too?

A bit of a traffic jam, and a few crowds, but it was safe, Batman wore his mask!

I promise I won' forget about the Wirral Peninsula again. FWR. And it's nice to think of Batman in Liverpool.
