Peter Piper was onto something. I have a jar of roasted red peppers, and I eat a chunk form it every day. I never get tired of them.
I discovered the pleasures of sweet peppers late in life, and you have done my heart proud with this picture of succulent ones. I don't live near enough to come by dark of night and steal them
