Great photo - the black and white really gives this scene a vintage look.
Superb contrast between the texture and pattern of the tabletop, and the glint of light on the ice in the cola adds to the scene.
I can't guess what is in the bowl in the foreground, though! A cola ice-lolly?

That's a rolled-up napkin containing cutlery. On the salad plate. Standard place setting.
When I took the photos at Luigi's in early March, I little thought how much we'd look back at them six weeks later with nostalgia for such things as eating in restaurants.
