The building looks like the changing rooms for men and women at a beach or lake.
Do the trees think about why that building is there? Do trees think at all>

It's interesting how the building attracts the eye, although it's a ramshackle old place. 
I would guess it's a shelter for livestock, though I quite like the idea of a 
living there mixing her potions!

The trees look quite robust. I expect they'll still be doing fine long after the building has crumbled.

At least there is a somewhat sturdier building in the background to keep the trees occupied for the century following the shack's demise.

You're right. I see a house on the left. On the right, there may be a church. Further in the distance there may be other houses.

I will check again when (if) I reach your age. (I assume that would be in about 25-30 years time, but I could be wrong, so no offence intended)
On the other and, I tend to look at things differently compared to the average person in any case, so maybe age doesn't come into it.
