Rather strange title for a photo featuring The stars and stripes and road signs in English! One of those post war Allied bases tucked away in Europe? Either way, very nice monochrome image Bob.

I hope I got it right. I understood this to be a military cemetery in France. The homeliness of the scene makes quite a statement.
