I'm not knocking it, though. I'm one of those old fuddy-duddies who doesn't mind seeing an abandoned field that is halfway toward being reclaimed by forest. I know, I know, farming is just not exciting enough for today's youth, what with the siren song of the fleshpots of the cities.
Scotland is, indeed, photogenic, what with the purple hills to view and the Moon coming up in the gloaming, when you can go roaming in the gloaming with your lassie by your side. And if the countryside doesn't thrill you, you can go hunting in the heather, hoping that Brigadoon's time to reappear will be right about now.
Or find a quaint traditional place where you can enjoy a plowman's lunch, and cap it off with a wee deoch and Doris, or two, or three.
I wasn't sure could guess what some of the types of farm equipment were in the photos, though.
