This was so close to black-and-white already, I pushed it the rest of the way, because I thought Paige had a really striking image going here.

FWR:

Sense of scale is totally ambiguous in this shot. Are we looking at huge boulders or brick sized rubble? The gorse in the foreground could be tree tops and the shadow on the rocks suggests an overreaching mountain. That strange touch of purple adds to the mystery!

Mostly brick size rubble and bigger - it rocks doesn't it? Still, as the song goes, what's the use of quarrying, it never was worthwhile...
