A Conversation for 24 Lies a Second: Cautionary Retail

I'm a sucker for a cute pooch, especially an amusingly clumsy one

I enjoyed reading "Call of the wild" sixty years ago. I've also enjoyed almost every Harrison Ford movie I've seen. This is one for the books. Funny/clumsy dog, with a good, honest heart. Those puppies of his at the end were cute as buttons. The white wolf was gorgeous and sexy -- no wonder Buck fell for her!

Sadly, the wild is not what it once was, and is likely going to keep fading from here.

I saw two cinematic avalanches in one week -- the one in this movie, and the one in "Downhill." By the way, "Downhill" is aptly named. I think they should have decided not to show it! smiley - cross

Not sure I'm going to get to see Downhill, due to scheduling issues. However I did see the original version nearly five years ago, which wasn't really what you'd call a comedy: https://aw1x.wordpress.com/2015/05/01/guilt-ski-trip/

The review is surprisingly positive considering I don't remember enjoying the film that much...
