Lovely details in the moisture and formations here. Wonderfully highlighted against that dark background. Can you hear the drips, feel the chill in the cavern? This one certainly stirs the imagination.

Nothing like a good photograph to take you somewhere else. This one reminds us of the fascination of caves.

Yes, the dark background works really well for these.
In cave terms it's in fact a rather warm cave. Bats like to spend the winter there.
