Skunks sometimes come into my yard to dig for grubs. It takes a few seconds for me to be sure they aren't cats.

The one in this picture seems to be fond of whoever is taking the photo. smiley - smiley

That reminds me of Mrs Hoggett's daughter-in-law. They feed a large horde of cats out back from a huge metal bowl. One day early, while it was still sort of dark, she noticed an unfamiliar cat that had joined the others for the meal. The cats weren't paying it any attention.

She went to pet it...and realised it was a visiting skunk. smiley - rofl
