Noodling around on a keyboard is a good way to ease stress. I don't do it as much as I used to....
At the end of "A beautiful day in the neighborhood," the filming of "Mister Rogers' neighborhood" has just wrapped, and everyone else is going home, but Fred Rogers sits down at his grand piano and plays some notes. At one point he bangs the lowest keys, as a way to work off tension.
