You are just as old as you feel you are. Just don't try to get that through court. (like one of my countrymen did. He wanted to officially shave 20 years off his registered age, apparently to get better chances on Tinder. (20 years off 69 is still 49, so I don't see the point, really))

I agree with your first sentence. I don't go out of my way to avoid appearing in court, but I'd rather steer clear of any premises where there are likely to be lawyers.
