A Conversation for If h2g2 Never Existed, Part 6

If it never existed...

I would still be none the wiser, if H2G2 never existed but that is down to my mental limits. I stumbled upon the site a few years ago, felt as though I wasn't intellectual enough (spelled it interlectual, so probably wasn't) and snuck away, quietly shutting the mental door behind me. When I returned, years later, I discovered the Lounge and the Post. Until Dmitri, I had never found anyone but my publisher, who consistently wanted to see and use my material. The only fly in the ointment was when the former encouraged me to write an Entry and the inferiority complex returned. I completed one on Robert Aickman and gave up on four others I started: I think I have Dougies disease or lock me up in hotel room if you want me to write anything in depth). Still, I am hanging around as this site is weird and tolerant enough for a multi-talented loser like me, unlike other sites that threw me out in disgust or that I left in disgust (or boredom).
