I've been surfing the Internet in search of ideas for hiring trailer park managers. I happened on an amusing confessional about such a manager, who got fed up with Park residents who would call on him at two in the morning to get packages they were expecting. One such woman was so annoying and entitled that he went out clad only in his boxer shorts to see if that would get a rise out of her. Nope, she was blithely unaware of anything but what she wanted.

Dmitri, you're preaching to the choir here.
I might also point out that I lived for eight years in a rooming house, and forty years in a trailer park. I challenge anyone to find more interesting characters than in those two types of living arrangements.
The rooming house alone provided these priceless incidents:
--The lady on the third floor who sat up late at night, chain-smoking and watching her TV. One night she got tired of her TV, so she opened her window and threw it out. It landed in the back alley with a loud noise that the guy on the first floor fell out of his bed.
--A guy on the second floor started his tenancy by urinating out an open window onto the street.
Did I mention that these two characters did not last long ther afterwards?

In the trailer park, here are some incidents:
--The lady who started out as a fancy dancer at the Old Howard in Scollay Square, then found religion and began trying to bring others over to her new-found faith. She would steal people's rose bushes and claim the Virgin Mary told her to do so.
--The lady who was backing out of her parking space along the river. The car was new, and she wasn't used to it yet, and you can guess what happened as a result. A kindly passerby jumped into the river to fish her out.

Don't know if you can get it over there, but Living the Dream, a TV show about a Yorkshire couple buying a rundown rv park in Florida, sounds right up your street!
