Beautiful scene, with an obviously technical BobStafford flare!
Long exposure makes the waterfall smooth whilst keeping the details crisp everywhere else. I'm sure Bob will provide details of any filters used to limit the amount of light hitting the camera. Getting the twigs in sharp focus must've been hard, well done.

That is a beautiful photo - very apt, too, as I have been experimenting with water photography recently so I am pleased to see bob's work. Not easy to get such a smooth, silky waterfall without overexposing the rest of the scene
