Thank you Bob, my obsession started with meteorology in 2015 where I started to watch Gavin Partridge weather (short/medium/long range) analysis videos. He mentioned sudden stratospheric warming events as I did not know what it was, I searched online and found a weather forum which I eventually became a member of. I thought I was exaggerating when I put 20 Celsius down as a probable temperature but 18 Celsius could reach the South East of England due to the effects of ex hurricane Oscar has on the jet stream.
