Well, it looks as if the designers of this resort have a theory. They think English tourists are so used to cold, wet seaside visits that they decided to equip their sea front with fountains, just to make people feel at home.

I still have no clue what's going on there. If I wanted nice fountains, I know some places in Rome where I'd rather be.
