Okay, so I'm a frog fan.

I've gotten into nibbling a few wild things lately. Japanese Knotweed, while hellishly invasive, is also fairly tasty if you pick the leaves when they are young and tender.

Hi Paulh! That one's the red toad. I love all of them also! Over here, many of the edible plants are also invasive weeds, so gathering them and eating them is a good way of keeping them under control!
