This is a lovely photo. I can see every detail of the dragonfly's wings.
I wondered if it was a Brown Hawker, but I'm no dragonfly expert.

Neithet am I but it is a native of Hampshire and found in woodland. Hope that narrows it down a bit.

I checked my dragonfly guide and think it is a Male Common Darter
They are fantastic creatures, and excellent that on sunny days they like to bask, giving more time to attempt a photo
I like how you've captured the shine on the wings - superb detail
