What used to annoy me was not so much the moans as the management speak - the cliches which were rolled out at all times.
'Blue sky thinking', 'step change', 'thinking outside the box', 'working smarter, not harder'.
But my personal anti-favourite was 'breaking out of silos', which always made me think of those demolition vehicles which had a ball on the end of a chain.

Oh dear!
Perhaps we ought to be grateful for the relatively peaceful time we have had. And to do what we can to maintain it.

I shall take this on board, take ownership, pick it up, run with it then cascade the exit strategy in order it be promulgated to the team.
Some people need to stop moaning and appreciate what they have.
