And the ghost tours could include the option of briefly getting into the sarcophagus, so one can get into the mind of what got out.
Actually, I wouldn't get in there if I was paid. There might be spiders.

'We crept into the churchyard as the moon rose. Deep shadows pooled under every gravestone, and we found our way cautiously between mossy tombs and broken crosses. At last we found the broken sarcophagus, with a gaping hole in one end.
"Whatever came out must have been enormous," I quavered.
"We should see it," my friend Tom whispered. "This is the night the spirits walk."
At first, I thought the shadows moved, then I realised a long, thin leg was emerging from the hole. I watched transfixed, as a second leg writhed out, then a third.
"It's a ghost!" yelled Tom and bolted.
My hands trembled but at last I managed to turn on my torch. It was a spider.'

Actually, the spookiest spiders I've seen are in the cellar of our old house in France .
They are bone white, rather fatter than live spiders, the legs are thicker, and they hang on the remnants of ancient webs.
The explanation must be that water drips down from the ceiling, runs over the bodies of dead spiders, and covers them in limescale. (The water in this part of France being very hard.)
