I think it is cool that everybody can have topiary in the yards---I always thought is was a high class thing.

Hi Elektra!
This is a particularly unusual example, I have to say.
It's often a hobby for retired men. One of my favourites was a detailed representation of a battleship, cut by a retired Royal Navy officer in the neighbourhood where I grew up. I wish I had a picture.
