I didn't know he had contracted Polio when young, or lost his peerage, when hereditary peerages were scrapped, so he took a life peerage instead, under his own name.

Or his Snowdon Council for disabled students, paid for from the royalties of his photographs of the Royal Family. Excuse the unintended pun.
