This sounds a delicious recipe. 
One typo 
Under 'Method'you say 'Note there will me lumps of banana'!
I wondered if you could add to it - for example pointing out the difference between American muffins and the English variety, which are more like a bread roll.

A minor point, are the mashed bananas considered a wet, or dry ingredient?

Thanks folks will sort typo, I did want to keep this short and easy to follow MVP, I think bringing bread products into this may be confusing.
FS , I will amend method and point out mashed bananas are a wet ingredient in this case
