h2g2 Caption Challenge: Jail!

Can you think of a snappy caption for this odd picture? Of course you can. You're a h2g2 Researcher.
Jail!
Ha! You think only Europe has imposing jails like this. Think again: it's in western Pennsylvania. Somehow, when Pennsylvania architects think 'lockup', their minds wander into Addams Family territory. Remember Eastern State Penitentiary? Like that massive edifice, this one is considered a historic landmark.
It's 97 feet tall and made of two-foot-thick ashlar dressed sandstone. When you got locked up in 1875, they intended you to stay locked up.
They had a hanging there on 1 June 1911. At ten a.m. (It says so on the invitation.)
All in all, it's a weird sort of pigeon roost. So what do you think?
Can you come up with a caption for this picture?
