It was quite a good night last night. The worst thing was that the tv guide thing said Ru Paul's Drag Race was two 1 hour episodes, but the second episode was actually 1 hour 20 long However, my favourite drag queen won in the end so I was very happy with that

Tonight I did my novelling daily quota, so I'm getting there steadily

Weirdly, no, there weren't any adverts from 11.50pm until the end at 12.20am - I could have done without the adverts at 11.50 as there were some at 11.40 too, although I wouldn't have minded one at about midnight just as a change from the repeated "we'll announce the winner in a few seconds, just after we do this other thing first"...

Perhaps the channel thought nobody is interested in adverts after midnight, even though people would have been hooked waiting for the end of the programme that had been supposed to finish at midnight...

Anyway, I did it, and enjoyed the ending, so it was mostly worth it

Gimme gimme gimme a drag queen after midnight…
