An enjoyable part of your Tolkien series
Is it worth mentioning that though Dwarves are indeed mortal, they have a much longer lifespan than mortal men (baring illness and injury)?
Obiwan Kenobi should be Obi-Wan Kenobi
Oh, and there's a 'Nazgû' missing an l.

A very detailed account. I was wondering if it would be worth indicating where all this detail comes from - is it mostly from the footnotes and back-story within The Lord of the Rings, or is some of it detailed in The Hobbit and The Silmarillion?

I think this reads like a very good Entry.
I can't remember ever reading a lot about the Nazgul, so I can't give any suggestions at the moment, I'm afraid.

Bluebottle, I've dealt with those points. There's no specific link between this entry and The Silmarillion so I haven't added a link to it.
Alex, I've added the following to the first paragraph:
The information in this entry is mainly gleaned from the text and appendices of The Lord of the Rings, with some additional information from Unfinished Tales of Númenor and Middle-earth, which was published after Tolkien's death.

The Nazgul in the animated version of the film gave me nightmares throughout my childhood.
Later on, they kept killing me no matter what I did whenever I played the 'Lord of the Rings' text adventure game on my Spectrum. That game came on at least 4 cassettes, but as I never survived getting out of the Shire I never got to load the other 7 sides...
