Thanks for sharing this, some creatures I am just happy are extinct---I really wouldn't want to run into these guys on a camping trip or hike. Pigs are sort of scary omnivores in any case but with big nasty teeth and jaws they are are pretty frightening.

Hi Elektra! Well ... I think bears and lions are actually more dangerous than these were, and I'm glad those (lions and bears) are still around!

Yes it is a shame that lions are so endangered. I wouldn't want to suprise a mama bear with cubs either.
