The Guide is indeed a unique thing, with some fascinating Entries in it about impressively eclectic topics...
There is even an Entry about who 'they' are, but naturally it doesn't appear in the search and I can't remember how I happened to find it when browsing another Entry...

It took me a year to find it (I bookmarked it in December 2015) but I found the Entry about who 'They' are A189452
