They were well told and NOT gruesome or CSIy at all. Let's hear it for librarians and classicists as ghostbusters, at least they aren't doing it to get BABES!

I have too much on my reading list to add Mister James to it, unfortunately, but I enjoyed reading the column. It was interesting to hear why you liked it, and why you thought we should read it.

Thanks for reading!

James' books have been around since the early 1920s. They'll sit there until people have time, I'm sure. smiley - laugh

I'm with KB on this. I used to keep a record of things I want(ed) to read.

smiley - rofl At least you kept a list. Me, I always just browse like a rabbit. smiley - winkeye

For instance, yesterday I read a book because Bel sent me the link. Now today, I'm going to be read Andrew Carnegie's autobiography - because MVP and Bluebottle were helping me with the Guide Entry, asked a question, and I found the answer there. Now I'm hooked, it's too interesting to put down...smiley - laugh

I didn't even know rabbits could read, systematically or otherwise! smiley - bigeyes

I'm still reading away about Cambodia. I'm not satisfied that I understand enough yet to stop.

smiley - laugh I don't know if bunnies read, but they do browse...I've seen 'em. They're fond of clover.

Cambodia's history must be really interesting. I only know a bit about its recent history, but not much about its ancient past.
