FWR---all I can ask for is that you footnote MOT ---in America it is called inspection. DG and I have always been happy to find honest and garage people who are clever enough to come up with cheaper alternatives than the big expensive ones.

Thanks for cutting Yanks some slack there, FWR this is supposed to be a global site not so UK centered. After all, the sun has set on the Empire for some time.

-- I think this would be easier to read with the word "was" inserted before "passed":
