Deadlines in Art

Hi Dmitri! I usually plan a week or two at least for a commissioned painting. But anyways, did you know epic adventure, comic and fantasy artist Frank Frazetta had a real problem with deadlines? He often procrastinated and procrastinated and procrastinated and then finally almost killed himself to produce a work of art in just a day or two! He did lots of covers for novels for instance Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian stories. Here's a website to show you some of his stuff if you're interested ... amazing what he could do in so little time:

I know, he was an amazing artist.
I still think it's better not to let yourself get so pushed - if you can help it.
I say as I sit here, exahusted and from trying to knock out a study all day...
