Wow, I hope it didn't get too crispy for you. Meat is too expensive here for that. Don't you have a timer of some kind? Your wife isn't going to allow you to cook if you can't pay enough attention! I hope she makes you scrub the roasting pan or are you clever enough to use foil to minimize clean up?
