I've had Guiness and Chocolate Gelato, very yummy. Have to try this, I'm intrigued now.

I actually only use my machine about half the time. What I otherwise do is keep getting it out of the freezer every half hour and whipping it up again. Sometimes this actually produces a nicer, lighter ice-cream. But it is a lot more effort

All the tastiest food-sorts arise from those methods of production which require the creator to put in effort, from effort comes reward Hence my inevitable move towards a baguette which takes 100 hours to make, but still about five minutes to eat
