I actually only use my machine about half the time. What I otherwise do is keep getting it out of the freezer every half hour and whipping it up again. Sometimes this actually produces a nicer, lighter ice-cream. But it is a lot more effort smiley - laugh

All the tastiest food-sorts arise from those methods of production which require the creator to put in effort, from effort comes reward smiley - zen Hence my inevitable move towards a baguette which takes 100 hours to make, but still about five minutes to eat smiley - droolsmiley - alesmiley - zen
