Good to see another entry from you!
I can't cook, but you have my admiration for bringing into the world – we need more people like you!
The only suggestions I have are to firstly have both imperial and metric measurements, so that people from anywhere in the world are able to make this recipe. Also, the very last sentence needs a .
You could also consider adding links, such as:

I'll leave others who actually know what they're talking about to make intelligent comments.

What's a cupcake dimple? Is it a specific cupcake tray, or is it the little paper cases, or something else entirely?
I'd be happy for you to have footnotes 1 and 3 in the text itself, if you would like.
You are missing the tag at the beginning and end of each of your sets of bullet points.
e.g.
List Item One
List Item Two

I've used rather than
do you think it would look better with bullet points?

No no, UL is fine, I was more trying to illustrate LIST and used the wrong one by mistake.
As for the dimples, I guess we should either find out their proper name or reword it. Perhaps:
"Line a cupcake tray with between 12 and 24 cases, depending on your size of tray."
Is there a standard size tray? It might be better if we could give a more exact number.

You could try:
What you will need.
100g/4Ozs Self raising flour
100g/4Ozs Light brown sugar
100g/4Ozs Butter
2 Eggs
Approximately 100g/4Ozs cherriesGlacé or tinned are fine
A good tablespoon of cocoa powder
Method.
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas 4.
Line a cupcake tin The mix will make 12 - 24 depending on size of cupcake
Cream together sugar and butter till fluffy
Gradually add in the eggs and beat the mixture until it is even
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and cherries
Once all of the ingredients are evenly incorporated into the mix place it in the oven for between 20 to 30 minutes

Just one more minor point: 4 ounces looks better as '4oz', with a lower case 'o'. At the moment it looks more like 'forty zeds'.

This sounds delicious!
Only one comment. Where you say ' Line a cupcake tin', the only way I know to do this is to put paper cases in each dimple. You might need to say 'Put paper cases in a cupcake tin'.

What about silicon cases? Oh, and I'd put a comma between 'mix place', to stop Mix Place sounding like an address.

Sounds delicious.
For sugar, flour, and butter, in the US, we'd use a cup as a measurement. I think 4 oz=1/2 cup?
