Hi Pastey and thanks for this account! I've never been to Europe but my sister has been in Vienna last year. I'll ask her a bit about some of the things you mentioned. Most interesting for me was what you said about the social conscience. This is something that I feel should be developed more: people understanding that being civil and considerate just makes life better for everyone.
