This is a thread for discussing the WHEN.
I'm thinking in or around the Summer months is when we have the best chances of nice weather, but then again, rotten Summers are not unheard of...
Also, hotels are likely to be pretty full in July and August, so I suppose June or September might be easier.
So, basically, it's up to you people. 
Flat Abby would prefer after February, which also leaves plenty of time for saving up for the trip, so I would tend to agree with her. 
Suggestions? Preferences?

I'm fine with most weekends in June or September 2013 so far, but please fix the date soon. The only one I can't do is 27th-29th September. As soon as a date is fixed, I can work the rest of my commitments around it.

I *might* have other plans around Easter, but I'm not sure 100%. So I'd prefer any other time if that suits everyone else. June might be good...

not sure about June, I have an exam sometime in the middle but it's not fixed yet.

Well, we're starting this early enough to make sure as many people as possible can actually make it.
Obviously, the British Meet, in Manchester or elsewhere, is the priority.
