I really enjoyed this item PT. All the interesting facts about the surrounding area were fun too. I guess with that reputation cost-of-living expenses are too high to consider it as a retirement place. But it's nice to daydream if I win the sweepstakes or lottery.

Yes, Winchester is very expensive, but a great area - I was there only yesterday and my daughter was born in Winchester. Can't afford to live there, though.
