Nice tense!
Meanwhile, it was a pleasure to meet you and the Comet. I might have said this at the time but I'm not normally a baby kind of person and yet the Comet is an excellent baby. I thought at first that she belied her name and had more gravity than she ought, but now I realise that she lives up to it and occupies a higher plane.
Glad you've enjoyed the old archive.

Don't worry, I'm not normally a baby person either. If you aren't a toddler person, I can recommend that you meet my son, the Star. He is even more energetic. But also quite cute.
I am not sure whether it is a good thing or not that I keep coming across truly excellent stuff (and people) on hootoo that have hitherto passed me completely by, but as long as ultimately I don't miss anything I'll settle.
Eustace, poor chap, is inspired. I like the way they have punchlines and a healthy dose of surrealism. I like the one liners in Paper Cuts too, mind. And it's always reassuring to meet people who have a blacker sense of humour than me.
Plus, I appreciate attention to detail in others. It occurs to me that a cartoonist must do attention to detail because it's all economy of penstroke sort of thing?
