I would have known, because I've met you before! I think it was London 2001. You were with Peregrin (or was it The Fish?) and we all went round the BBC offices.
I also couldn't stay long, we left about 6.40pm. But as you say, better to attend for a short time than not at all. I got to meet old friends and new, as well as old friends for the first time, so 
Glad your wife let you off the hook for those few hours BB and it was great chatting 
without having to type.

That's true - I think that was possibly both Peregrin and The Fish, they definitely went to the first Summer one in London in Hyde Park, I think they both went to the BBC Experience one. Of course I'd met Pastey and Bald Bloke before, so they might have remembered me - although I've put on a bit of weight in the last decade...
