You say that before Ecclestone, there were 8 doctors in the TV series. In fact, the 8th Doctor only appeared in the movie. Not sure what way you'd have to rephrase to make it accurate without distracting too much from the reader's experience. This point should be glossed over, but should still be correct.

Good point, quickly made!
I've rephrased it to say 8 doctors on television and in the footnote mentioned that Paul McGann only appeared in a one-off TV Movie.

I believe "annuals" always are published before Christmas but bearing the number of the following year on them. So it's probably not worth pointing it out as being "inaccurate".
The same thing is done with monthly magazines, where the "March edition" will be published and sold in February.
A friend of mine worked for a telephone company who used to publish a directory of all subscribers every year. They were criticised for not producing each year's directory until June, which people considered was 6 months late, so one year they decided to put the following year's number on the cover, and were praised for getting the directory out six months early.

Hi Bluebottle
Not sure why this has languished for over 6 months, I thought Doctor Who was popular?
Anyway:
<> compared to <> I am not sure whether the correct way is "Tenth Doctor" or "10th Doctor" (etc) but I think it should be uniform in the Entry.
<> Ninth (or 9th, whichever you go with) and there are several other instances of this lower case.
<>
This has multiple issues. The tense needs changing as March 2012 has gone.
I also found the footnote confusing, I know it's difficult to resist talking about Douglas Adams but referring to another book by the same author Gareth Davis when you are about to give the plot and review of "Only Human" by Gareth Roberts, I wondered why you had mentioned Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency at all. If you are going to keep it in, "Hollistic" should be "Holistic"
Footnotes, I do think 16 is way too many for this size entry. They are distracting, and if they go off-topic I wonder if they are necessary. For example: The audiobook is read by Stuart Milligan [FOOTNOTE]Although he did not appear opposite the ninth Doctor, he was the voice of Colonel Stark in the tenth Doctor animated adventure 'Dreamland' and US President Nixon in the eleventh Doctor episodes 'The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon'.<--- can be placed in the text as it's relevant to Doctor Who.
Footnote 1: After William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy and Paul McGann, who only appeared in a one-off TV Movie. Since Christopher Eccleston David Tennant and Matt Smith have played the Doctor.
<--- the last sentence doesn't make sense unless you place a comma after "Since" or add the word "then" after "Since".
The Clockwise Man by Justin Richards "Plot and Review:" I can see the plot, but not the review of the actual novel, just two mentions of nods to the first-ever episode of Doctor Who.
The TARDIS lands in the Justicia system, Rose's alien planet.<--- I am not sure what "Rose's alien planet" means
<> the Doctor is sentenced to different planets?
<> in a the<--- "in the" or "in a"

Thanks for dropping by – this has been slightly neglected. I thought Doctor Who would be popular too. I assume that people haven't read the books, and if other researchers have a limited amount of time to read things in Peer Review and comment, it's better for h2g2 as a whole if they read and comment on things written by new researchers to encourage them to contribute.
Changes made. All fairly straight forward, I'll just mention:
I am not sure whether the correct way is "Tenth Doctor" or "10th Doctor" (etc) but I think it should be uniform in the Entry.
Agreed. I'm going with Tenth etc. Let me know if I've missed any.
I've re-written this, so hopefully this is clearer.
Footnotes, I do think 16 is way too many for this size entry.
Many have been incorporated into the text.
