I'm glad that dragons are no more. I don't like crafty predators -too scary. They are not inhibited by creating a whole lot of collateral damage. This is something that unfortunately humans are incapable of grasping too - withness modern warfare. All those killer drones we can do without as well. It certainly does not do our image any good and while the Iranian gov't are not sweethearts either, I'm glad they are triumphing over it. I'm not happy that our taxes are used for these things.

Hi Elektra and Dmitri, thanks! Well 'my' dragons come in good and evil varieties. Actually even the evil ones are not that evil, more misunderstood ... and they also misunderstand humans. In my opinion a heck of a lot of evil results from misunderstandings.

How does he land? Is it a swimming dragon?

Hi Mala! A wyrm is a legless dragon, not necessarily flying, but mine can. He just plops down on his belly when he lands. He can slither on land and yes swim in the water as well!

Hi Mala, Bel, thanks for your comments! Mala, if I ever put that guy into a story, I'll put the tail-launched into it for sure!
