Monday bl**dy Monday

It was one of those days - you'd have thunk it was Friday the 13th.

The day at the office started out by all the coffee machines pouring out something that looked more like tea than coffee - all five of them, simultaneously! And they're of different models even.

And then the servers slowed down so much I thought my computer had frozen - until I noticed everyone around me complaining about the same thing. So I grabbed my latte mug intending to get some coffee while waiting for something to finish loading, when I remember that right, we have no coffee.

Mondays is one of the two days of the week that we get our fruit bowls refilled but a colleague, who had just returned from checking the pentry, reported no fruit despite almost lunch time.

Not a phone call all day, which makes me think we might yet again have been experiencing one of our recurring switch board problems - no incoming calls.

Travel expense system questions were... weird. Noob questions from experienced users, what's up with that? General partial memory loss.

Unusually warm for the season, with even night temperatures above freezing - and now I bet I'll be regretting posting that tomorrow morning...

Time to put on the tinfoil hat I think - something certainly was going on today
