A Conversation for Talking Point: Now and Then
Astronaut

When I was a teenager I wanted to be an astronaut. Breaking frontiers, challenging the status quo, at the forefront of technology.
Now....
The jobs I have most enjoyed have been working for integrated education in Northern Ireland (creating a better future for my native country) and for the Forest Service (helping to secure the future of the planet).
I'm unhappy in my current job...because it doesnt help to make the world a better place. And I'm seeking alternative employment!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
